Research focus

His research investigates the neural biomarkers of pain encoding, as well as the neural and bodily mechanisms underlying social interaction, empathy, and affective communication. His interdisciplinary background combines neuroscience, psychology, and philosophy, with training in animal models, behavioral methods, and neuroimaging approaches.
