Abstract submission

Abstracts must be submitted on the registration website following the completion of the registration process. All abstract submitters must be fully registered.

To submit your abstract, please use the following format: 

  • Submit as a word document via the website.
  • Font: Arial 11p, line spacing single, centered.
  • Titles are limited to 1,200 characters, including spaces. Write your title in sentence case (first word is capitalized; remaining words are lower case). Do not bold or italicize your full title.
  • Author names (format: Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton, …), affiliations
  • Abstracts should clearly state: Aims, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
  • Body text: limited to 250 words. We recommend using word-processing software (for example Word) for editing your abstract and counting the number of words.
  • Conflict of interest information for all authors
  • Support/grant information
  • Indicate whether you prefer a short oral presentation or a poster presentation
