Effective parental involvement in enterprises during the job selection processes of high-school students

The aim of this project is the systematic collection of key topics, research questions, events and methodological approaches that support the effective parental involvement in enterprises during the job selection processes of high-school students. As a first step, existing knowledge and expertise in the scientific discussion and research from the field is collated. The second step follows with a qualitative research study, using group discussions with existing parental involvement as well as in-depths interviews (construct interviews) with passive parental involvement. In a third step, we develop, based on the current state of research and the findings of the qualitative study, a master plan for effective parental involvement through enterprises in the job selection processes of high-school students. An integral part of this concept are the designation and explanation of key events, content and methodological approaches.
