The world of work is changing at an ever increasing pace so employers actively seek out graduates who can adapt to changing circumstances and environments. Flexibility is key – in organizational structures, employment situations, work hours and work locations. As a result, there is a strong demand on advanced skills in occupational- and organizational psychology. This requires to understand novel scientifically founded concepts in human resources and organizational design. Furthermore, both the enterprises as well as employees must continuously strive to adapt to the changing circumstances and environments. These challenges develop continuously from a mere organizational to a psychological topic. This requires in-depths skills in the psychologically grounded personal- and organizational development as well as in the underlying theories.
