Voices of our teaching staff

»The consideration of mental parameters due to the increased complexity and increased self-responsibility of employees with concurrent increased mental stress and demands are very important. With this, the demand on occupational- and organisational psychologists with their knowledge on mental processes and their skills in analysing these is also increasing. Students of the Master of Occupational- and Organisational Psychology are being prepared to respond to current and future challenges of personnel recruitment and questions of workplace health management.«
