The Master degree Occupational- and Organizational Psychology at the Faculty of Life Sciences at MSH is directed towards graduates of Bachelor degrees of psychology, business administration or economics. The Faculty of Life Sciences has the status of an academic University and has a strong focus on scientific and empirical approaches.

Key objective of the Master degree is to equip students with a comprehensive set of skills to work in the main areas of occupational- and organizational psychology. Specifically, this includes human resources, workplace health management and occupational safety and protection, as well as consulting services in the field of personnel and organization. The Master degree qualifies students to independently conduct academic research and to carry out evidence-based practical work in all areas of occupational- and organizational psychology. Both, the scientific and the practical field of occupational- and organizational psychology is characterized by a strong interdisciplinary approach, and is thus marked by the interplay of psychological and economic research questions.
