The Faculty of Human Sciences at MSH Medical School Hamburg has the status of an academic university. The attached courses of studies leading to an academic degree are officially recognized and have been technically accredited by the AHPGS. They are characterized by a stronger research- and methodological approach than the applied courses of studies at the Faculty of Health Sciences.
The Faculty of Human Sciences at MSH Medical School Hamburg has been officially recognized by the Council of the Free Hanseatic City of Hamburg in June 2013.
