1. Launch at the MSH Medical School Hamburg on April 24, 2017
Kick-off for this event is April 24, 2017 and is titled »Change as a Principle. How do I learn and teach innovation capacity?« Short presentations will introduce the audience to this topic at MSH Medical School Hamburg in the HafenCity district. Following the presentations and lectures, and after separation into teams, a workshop takes place during which first ideas and creative thought is developed and deployed. Teams agree on a »story« to be told through which they develop and present ideas and solution within the duration of two hours. These ideas are then the starting point for two subsequent months of developmental processes to further explore and develop these ideas in greater detail.
2. Two months working phase of the teams under the guidance of mentors
During the subsequent two months, teams will further explore their ideas, tasks and solution-based approaches under the guidance of mentors. Teams will prepare their final presentations to be held in June 2017. Communication takes place electronically or in face-to-face meetings, depending on individual circumstances and needs. We specifically endorse creative and innovative approaches that demonstrate effective collaboration and motivation among team members.
3. Final presentations on June 24, 2017 in Berlin
Final presentations of the partaking teams will be held on June 24, 2017 in the Siemens Villa in Berlin. A large audience is expected and will assess the presentations. The jury is made up of representatives of the partaking universities and external mentors. Winners of the special award will be announced at the end of this event.
