Am Kaiserkai 1 is the main location of the MSH Medical School Hamburgy. Students and visitors can find the academic management, the university administration, the executive board, the International Office, the Psychotherapeutic Academic Clinic as well as the HIP HafenCity Institut für Psychotherapie and other contacts that deal with questions around your studies right next to the reception area.

The Campus at Großer Grasbrook offers a direct view to the Marco-Polo-Terrassen. Across the different levels, the following areas are located: seminar- and lecture halls, generous student lounges and the student services. The center of the building is the large lecture hall, named »Goldenes Ei« (~golden egg).

The campus »Kehrwiederspitze« with an impressive view over the roofs of the old storage houses (“Speicherstadt”) and an imposing view of concert hall the Elbphilharmonie is equipped with modern research facilities as well as plenty of space to study, learn and relax for students, lecturers and academic staff. This is where our teaching laboratories for chemistry and biochemistry as well as multi-labs and anatomy laboratories for our students of human medicine are located. Future sport scientists can use the human movement laboratory, which is equipped with a treadmill, ergometry and force measuring plate, for performance diagnostics. The vocational schools for physiotherapy of the Institute for Practice Oriented Further Education are located here as well.

Our campus »Arts and Social Change«, situated in a former soap factory at Am Schellerdamm 22-24 provides ample learning- and working environments coupled with an extraordinary atmosphere: not only do we offer the standard classrooms, but we also have spaces for art gallery studios, music- and movement rooms, a theater stage studio and a consultation-/ therapy room. To complete these facilities, we also have a library, IT rooms and a lounge areas for our students. At this campus, we offer the degrees Expressive Arts in Social Transformation (EAST), Art Therapy and Art Analogue Coaching. Besides, the degrees of the Department Family, Child and Social Work (Social Work, Transdisciplinary Early Interventions) are situated here as well.
