Biography

Christoph Hainc graduated with a Bachelor degree Communication Sciences (Sport / German Languages) at the University of Flensburg. He completed his Master degree Sport Sciences at the University of Kiel. In addition to his academic degrees, Christoph Hainc has obtained various licenses and certifications from the sport and fitness field, functional rehabilitation & nutrition. Since 2014 is works as athletic coach in the youth training center of the HSV Fußball AG. Further to this, he continues to work as sport scientist in the UKE-Athleticum, the sport medical partner of HSV.

Christoph Hainc teaches the sport sciences module of the Bachelor degree Physiotherapy

Christoph Hainc’s primary research interest is located at the interplay of sports medicine and sport sciences. He specifically looks at the prevention and rehabilitation of sport injuries and performance diagnostics.
