Die ICF-CY wird im Rahmen dieses geplanten Projekts für Sozialpädiatrische Zentren (n=143) und Frühförderstellen in Deutschland durch einsetzbare Tools und Schulungsunterlagen in Richtung praktischer Umsetzung aufbereitet. Das Projekt baut auf dem LLL Projekt www.icf.training.eu auf und entwickelt Community of practice online learning tools.
